Mesa Verde Apartment Community / Property Crimes Reported in the Foothills on Thu. 3/2/17

Mesa Verde Apartment Community:  Thanks to Faith G. and her management team for hosting a crime prevention meeting for the community residents last night.  As partners in the Crime Free Multi-Housing partnership program this apartment community management team is entitled to an annual security assessment, weekly consultations with their local Crime Prevention Specialist and a crime prevention meeting hosted at the property for their residents and the management team.  Mesa Verde apartment community (4600-block of Eubank Blvd NE) has been granted permissions and authorization to continue in this free and voluntary program for another year.

The Albuquerque Police Department provides two free one-day workshops for owners/managers of rental properties in April and October.  If you are interested in attending a workshop and have a rental property/community east of Eubank, call me at 768-2220.
