Crime Prevention Tips:  As you can see, the auto burglaries are hitting us hard.  You can help yourselves and law enforcement by locking your vehicles and removing all items of value from the vehicles.  If you are not able to park in a secured garage, try to park in a well-traveled spot with passers-by, good lighting and remove your personal information and garage door opener from the vehicle when you park.  Auto burglary is a crime of opportunity.  Follow a few simple recommendations to remove the opportunity to make the risk for a criminal too great to burglarize your vehicle.
