Crime Prevention Tip:  Lock your doors!  If you have visitors from out of town using your home and you won’t be there to let them inside, have them come pick up the key from you at work or leave the key with a trusted neighbor or another family member who can let them in the house.  Leaving doors unlocked is an old habit and no longer works in today’s world.  Remember, we control our own environments.  Making small changes in old habits that no longer fit in today’s world will give you control and peace of mind.  Think about an old habit that you can modify into a new habit.
