If your vehicle needs repairs, please take care of those repairs promptly.  Parking vehicles curbside with missing windows, damaged/non-functioning locks are too tempting for a motivated criminal.

Remember, to commit a crime we need 1) the motivation of the criminal, 2) the opportunity to commit the crime and 3) a target.  The weaker the target (your property), the more attractive it is to a criminal.  Harden your target (your property) with layers of protection (crime prevention methods) and be willing to call 242-COPS (2677) from a safe place to report suspicious or criminal activity to police.
