Our next Crime Free Multi-Housing Phase I Workshop for Owners/Managers of Rental Properties will be on Thursday, April 9, 2015. The class is from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and held at the Foothills Substation’s Community Room at 12800 Lomas Blvd NE (between Tramway and Juan Tabo, a block east of Manzano High).
To get enrolled, contact me at 323-4644 or at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will submit your name. Once I’ve submitted your name, APD’s Laura Kuehn (256-2050) will mail you an invitation letter that you must RSVP to quickly to ensure seating and class materials for you!
This class is the first step towards becoming a Crime Free-certified property partnering with APD. It is required for the owner/manager and the management team. The class will cover what else is required to become a Crime Free-certified property and the steps that have to be fulfilled by the owner/management of the rental property.
If you have any questions about the Crime Free Multi-Housing program, feel free to contact me at 323-4644.
