Another gun stolen from a parked vehicle — Property Crime reported in the Foothills on 9/21 Thu. / Coming up…Substation Switcheroo —

Property Crimes reported in the Foothills Area Command on Thursday, September 21st

2 Stolen Vehicles:  27oo-block of Carol St NE, 10900-block of Malaguena Ln NE.

1 Commercial Burglary:  12600-block of Cloudview Ave NE.

2 Residential Burglaries:  800-block of Georgene Dr NE, 2400-block of Morris St NE.

6 Auto Burglaries:  10400-block of Copper Ave NE, 13500-block of Skyline Rd NE, 10300-block of Hotel Cir NE, 500-block of Tramway Blvd NE, 1700-block of Eubank Blvd NE, 12700-block of Indian School Rd NE.  Entries:  Several were not noted as forced entries; 1 opened with a ‘Slim Jim’, 1 forced entry but no information on how the entry was made.  Items stolenPara-Ordinance 1911 style 45 caliber pistol stolen from vehicle.   Checkbooks, charger, vehicle registration and insurance.  Vehicle title and spare change.

One criminal now running around with a 45 caliber pistol — please secure your firearms! 


Coming Up:  Substation Switcheroo –– The Foothills Substation at 12800 Lomas Blvd NE will be closed to the public starting Monday, September 25th due to construction.

Please go to the James Dwyer Substation at 12700 Montgomery, just east of Tramway for normal substation services.

I do not have information at this time about when the Foothills Substation will re-open, but will post here as soon as that is provided to me.
