Two more guns stolen yesterday / Tips / Property Crime in the Foothills on Wednesday, May 17th

Two guns were reported stolen yesterday; one stolen from an unlocked vehicle and one reported stolen during a residential burglary.  Please secure your firearms when not in use.

Secure those doors!  We had a residential burglary case reported yesterday with entry made via a doggie door.  You may want to seal off doggie doors that are no longer being used or consider a pet sitter or ask a trusted neighbor to let the pooch out to potty while you are gone.  A person with a small frame can wriggle in through doggie doors or an offender can send a child through the doggie door to the open up the door or garage door for the adult.
