If your going to give us information that happens “this” day maybe you should post it the day before it happens. Especially if the post isn’t made till the end oh “that” day.

    • Thank you, Carl M., excellent feedback! I only wish I could get posts out earlier and faster and more than once a day; however, due to Federal rules I would be in violation to send a post/email to more than 500 subscribers at a time. This web site and is required to have a ‘dribbler’ (my term) system that only allows posts to go to subscribers once a day and that is at 5:00 p.m. daily, and in staggered batches to comply with the Federal government rule. Looking at the bright side, with 530 subscribers, maybe we are a victim of our own success in getting readers to learn about crime prevention and what’s happening in the APD Foothills Area Command. It can be frustrating on my end, and I am sure on a reader’s end too, but I do my best to get information to readers in a timely fashion. I only got the information after my post for the prior day and after I was off for the day, so was hampered not only by the ruling and being limited to one post per day as well, but had to put it out the next day since I wasn’t going to come back to the office at night to do a post that wouldn’t go out until 5:00 p.m. anyway. I hope the information was helpful though, and I bet you now know something new about the Federal rules we are required to adhere to when posting on this type of scale. To end on a little bit of a humorous note, one of my subscribers emailed that the blasting coincided with the anniversary of the formation of the United States Army…thanks for writing in and I appreciate that you took to the time to do so. Please be safe out there —
