Rental Resources, Workshop Wednesday at the Foothills: Thanks & Helpful Sites

Thanks to everyone who attended last night;’s kick-off to the “Workshop Wednesdays at the Foothills” crime prevention workshop series. Here are the sites that were listed on the white board last night in case you didn’t get them down or were not able to attend: – subscribe to get all of your APD Foothills crime prevention information, events, etc. – subscribe to get updates on crimes you select at addresses you select for crimes that resulted in police reports being written; can specify any crime type from 500 feet to 2 miles from the address you select.

Citizens Contact Center mobile app:  ABQ311  to report weeds, trash, litter, stray animals, graffiti, abandoned vehicles, etc.  Case look-ups  Albuquerque Housing Authority, apply on-line for admission to the ABQ Housing Auth public housing program  sample forms, Self Help web page, 3-Day Notices, Petition for Restitution, etc.

To those who signed up for the next Crime Free Multi-Housing Phase I Workshop (for owners/managers of rental property), I will submit your names to the class coordinator for invitation letters.  The next CFMH Phase I Workshop will be on Thursday, October 8, 2015 from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Foothills Substation, 12800 Lomas Blvd NE.  You should get an invitation letter form the class coordinator about a month or so prior to the class and must RSVP to ensure a seat at the class.
